Your Job as Network Marketer

Most people believe that as a network marketer it is your job to sell your business or certainly promote it.
It isn’t your job is to help other people solve their problems and create wealth and happiness just like you have achieved.

It is important to understand that people want their own problems solved first and it is up to you as a network marketer to help them achieve this, find out what they want first.

Once you have an understanding of their needs and wants you will be in a much better situation to help them.

Network marketing is as it says networking helping others building long lasting relationships that are successful not just as a business, but socially connecting with people who have desires and dreams to make their life more rewarding.
Network marketing is a lifelong commitment to rewarding you as an individual and team success, helping others in your team reach their goals and financial freedom. Once you have recognised or understood what it is that they are wanting or looking for then you can examine whether your opportunity is right for them or not.

It is important that your team are wanting the same thing as this will breed a succesful partnership increase wealth and happiness within your network business.

The most important aspect is connecting talking and understanding the needs and desires of other people.
when talking to an interested prospect looking for a home business it is important to remeber how you can help them and how they can help you.

A network marketer will have better success long term by establishing the needs of others and how those needs will help you and your team build a business that will create financial rewards and long term relationships.

I really believe that constant interaction with your team and helping is key to bringing achievements to each and everyone in a business. In my business i find it much more responsive to connect live and manage an understanding between me and my team that way we move forward and create life changing rewards.

Network Marketing Good or Bad

Network marketing is it a  good thing or a bad thing. Let us first mention that for all those doubters and skeptics that it is just a glorified way of displaying a pyramid scheme, that has had a lot of controversy over the last few years and that all people want to do is pitch to you and sell.

Come on people we are all in business to make money otherwise what the hell is the point in having a business, the methods we use in selling is really the issue and being sold too without considering the customer is what kind of grieves us most.  Sorry i am kind of going down a different path here but the network marketing industry perhaps is and has been part of this process.  So we need to be protected against this kind of sale pitch.

GOOD YES WHY NOT

But as a business i still think that providing you find a good company with good products that can truly benefit the public and genuine people which believe in customer satisfaction then you are on a winner.

If you want a business online then this industry can be very rewarding and satisfying because unlike other types of business online, interaction is key to promoting and having a successful online business.

And although owned by a company and there are certain restrictions in how you can promote the business it is primarily your business, you bought into it you are selling the products and building a team and providing you are prepared to work be supportive and genuine, then this can be a very lucrative and satisfying way of earning a living.

The other good reason for this type of business is that it can be promoted on and offline quite easily as most companies will have physical products to send out and if you so wish holding seminars both online and off can be a great way to promote a product and business opportunity.

However most network marketers may feel that holding live seminars can be a bit daunting. But if you could get over this fear then the rewards for building a team are much greater.  I would go as far as to say that get trained in this area then you will build a team much faster than if you were to just promote online through a web site or articles.

When i talk about live webinars launching your company has to have many benefits over others otherwise people will join any sponsor you have to position yourself as a leader.

So by launching a webinar you position yourself as a leader but do not pitch your company offer something unique and  they will see you as a leader this is important.

A GOOD NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY

The key to a good network marketing company will consist of  a company with a proven track record a vision to expand. Products that truly are beneficial and what people really like to buy. A sponsor that will give you the support to move you forward and is prepared to spend time with you.

Your passion for the products and your belief in the products the company and your sponsor and your willingness to be part of a team. and finally the compensation package that rewards the worker a system that is not to complicated and pays out often.

Live webinars and get together a support system within the company that will be on hand a sponsor that can be easily contacted. If new then education with marketing and promotion ideas. Then the rest is up to you to make it work.

In this article I am going to cover the 5 key things you need to know before joining a network marketing company some of the material will overlap from my article starting your home business. However, i will go into more depth on  a network marketing company.

The Myths

  • The compensation plan is the most Important
  • Your Upline will do it all for you
  • The product sells it self
  • The company is new so now is a good time to start

I do agree that a compensation plan or package is important but is not your No 1 concern, knowing what the plan will offer you and your downlines when you bring more prospects into the business and of course you are in business to make money, but you should be looking mainly at the benefit the products will offer your customers and how you can help them first and foremost.

If a company claims that your upline will do it all for you dismiss this straight away your upline is there to guide you and help you not to do everything for you.

If the product sells itself then why do they need you, a good product requires good information by you learning about the product and having faith in what you are offering, will build trust with your prospects and genuine valuable no hype information will get you sales providing the product is worthy and satisfies a need for the customer.

Be aware of new companies i am not saying they won’t be good but many companies come and go very quickly and unless you are completely satisfied with the product and how the company is progressing in its efforts to move forward be careful. Having said all that new companies with an experienced background and sound vision with good products can be a goldmine as you can have a good start on building a solid team.

Do your research here. As a rule of thumb a company that has been in business for five years is usually quite sound and more likely to continue but again really research to find out more.

Quite often a company that is new still has a lot of work still to be done, so you could have paid in but not really receiving the true benefit of your money until all the plans and structure have been approved and in place.

Product Demand The most important component of your network marketing company is the product or products, there must be a demand for what you are offering, now the company would have done there research and justified the reason for choosing the products. But it is a good idea to do some research too, to make sure there is a demand from your target market and that they want such a product and willing to buy this from you.

How much the products are going to cost and can you see the value for such a product for your customers what will be the benefits

Network Marketing Model will the company allow you to be different you want to eventually have your own capture page so you can brand you not the company and the leads you bring in will be your leads and prospects not just the companies you want too have access to all that hard work you are putting in to attract these leads. So when you decide to join a company it is important that you can differentiate from all the others in the company by branding you.

Upline your sponsor will play a big role in your success with the company you need to be happy and have confidence in a person that you will be in contact with and they are willing to give you enough time to help and guide you in the right direction it is important that you stay connected and discuss the methods on how you are going to promote the products. Receive feedback and advice.

Company Resources does the company have training, meetings, web site product conference calls and has the company been in business for at least 5 years. Now this does not mean that you should not join a new company but having 5 years experience and the company is still strong then it will be good bet if all the other things are in place. oh and make sure they don’t have to much hype in their advertising and feel comfortable in what they are using to promote.

Compensation Package bottom of the list but you want to know what are the benefits to you and your team is it easy and simple to understand.
