Hosting your Blog Or Website

Hostgator is hosting company that you will need for your site to be visible out on the web. Hosgator comes with many benefits and is one of the top hosting companies on the web today which is why i use it and recommend it.

There are several packages to choose from but the baby package is ideal for the new business person.

A Blog for getting started

One of the best ways for ease and quickly get up and  running is a blog which can practically do as much a website for instance the site you are now on is a word-press blog and literally only took me a day to set up and have it running on the web. I have some free tutorials you can watch right now just click on the word press link and the file will save and you can open straight away wordpress

You can also find out more about a wordpress blog with another a free one hour tutorial this has now been recorded to view Click here

The other blog you can use is squarespace costs $8.00 a month which is self hosted blog which means you don’t have to have a separate hosting account you can read more here about squarespace, word press and blogs

Using a Website

The other option is to build a website and one i really recommend is site build it simply because it is optimized for search engines and has it’s on hosting and blog attached with a great support system and in house training.

It will however take longer to put together but does have great reviews.

Email Marketing

AWeber - Email Marketing Made Easy

The other tool you will need once you have your site up and ready to receive customers and leads is a auto responder this captures the email of your leads in order to make further contact this will be essential to enhance your business further below are three i recommend starting in order of my preference. Most if not all will offer a trial to test out how it will work for you and they have there own in house training to get started.

Oprius a super user friendly contact manager system for all your needs in one place also has a 30 day free trial and is a little cheaper than Aweber but you need to look at both.

As it will be a matter of preference

Icontact is one of the easiest email marketing managements to use and this one comes with a 15day free trial period and i know that the renegade system have some great tutorials on this one. I-contact comes at very affordable cost of just $9.95 per month upto 250 contacts i think is a really good deal.
